NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 6 day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-058862, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and BINH C. TRAN A/K/A BINH TRAN; VIVIAN N. TRAN A/K/A VIVIAN TRAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC, ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 7 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 21 AND 22, BLOCK 1509, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 17, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 23 TO 38, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
