NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date filed the 6 day of October 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-2614, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and ANNE ROSE NOEL, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST MAGNUS FINANCIAL CORPORATION, JOHN DOE A/K/A RICHARD ZORBAS; JANE DOE A/K/A MELISSA ZORBAS; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 9 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30 AND 31, BLOCK 2197 CAPE CORAL UNT 33, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED ON FILE AT THE CLERK OF CIRCUIT IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 40 IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
