NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 6 day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 07-CA-008772, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein deutsche bank trust company americas formerly known as banker's trust company, as trustee and custodian for ixis 2007- he1 by: saxon mortgage services, inc. f/k/a meritec h mortgage services, inc. as its attorney in fact is the Plaintiff and manuel a. romero; vilmary gonzalez a/k/a n/k/a vilmary lopez; unknown spouse of manuel a. romero; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 9 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Block C, of an unrecorded plat of Trailwinds, being part of undivided Lot E of Trailwinds, Unit 1, recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 147, in Section 12, Township 45 South, Range 24 East, described as follows:
Beginning at NW corner of Lot 16, Block C of Trailwinds, Unit NO 1, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 147, Public Records of Lee County Florida, run N 0 degrees 25'30' W for 100 feet; thence N 89 degrees 34'30' E for 60 feet; thence run S. 0 degrees 25'30' E for 100 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 16; thence run S 89 degrees 34'30” W along the North line of said Lot 16to the Point of Beginning.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
