Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 15, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida described as:
UNIT 1405, BUILDING 14, PHASE 6 OF MILL CREEK AT COLONIAL SECTION IV, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4645, PAGE 2524 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
and commonly known as: 11009 MILL CREEK WAY #1405, FT MYERS, FL 33913; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on November 9, 2011.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
