NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2010, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-063564, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and JOHN R. WILLARD, SR., TRUSTEE OF THE JOHN R. WILLARD, SR. TRUST DATED AUGUST 16, 2007; DOTTIE M. WILLARD A/K/A DOTTIE WILLARD, TRUSTEE OF THE DOTTIE M. WILLARD TRUST DATED AUGUST 16, 2007; DOTTIE WILLARD; JACK WILLARD; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE JOHN R. WILLARD, SR. TRUST DATED AUGUST 16, 2007; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE DOTTIE M. WILLARD TRUST DATED AUGUST 16, 2007; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOR AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 9th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A TRACT OF LAND LYING IN THE SE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 43 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE SE CORNER OF THE SW 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 23, THENCE RUN N 0º 48 '50” EAST, ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID SW 1/4. A DISTANCE OF 331.41; THENCE RUN N 89º 19' 10” WEST ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF THE S 1/2 OF THE S 1/2 OF THE E 1/2 OF THE E 1/2 OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 23, A DISTANCE OF 178.01' TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE N 89º 19' 10” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 153.01' TO THE WESTERLY LINE OF THE E 1/2 OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4; THENCE RUN N 0º 48' 15” EAST, ALONG SAID LINE, A DISTANCE OF 932.25' TO THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY OF BAYSHORE ROAD; THENCE RUN S 89º 28' 40” EAST, ALONG THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY, A DISTANCE OF 152.81; THENCE RUN S 0º 48' 32” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 932.64' TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
