NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed the 6 day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-065736, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY TRUSTEE NEW FOR CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005-3 is the Plaintiff and HECTOR MARTINEZ, HSBC BANK USA NA TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF ACE SECURITIES CORP HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST SERIES 2006-SL1 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, MARTHA MARTINEZ and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 9 day of November, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 2, BRENTWOOD SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 78, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
