NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to aan Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed October 6, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 36-2010-CA-050089 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR5, is the Plaintiff and SCOTT SHINNEMAN; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SCOTT SHINNEMAN N/K/A JENNIFER SHINNEMAN; SHINNEMAN SOUTH, LLC; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR TMST HOME LOANS INC. FKA THORNBURG MORTGAGE HOME LOAN INC.; JASMINE BAY NORTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JASMINE BAY MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; WEST BAY CLUB COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE WEST BAY GOLF CLUB, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 AM, on the 7 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES HEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM
