NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed October 6, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 36-2010-CA-057534 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff and DAVID C MOORMAN AKA DAVID MOORMAN; LOUISE MOORMAN AKA MARTHA LOUISE MOORMAN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; TENANT #1 N/K/A MICHAEL L MOORMAN are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 AM, on the 7 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
