UNIT NO. 1521 BUILDING 15, CONDOMINIUM VII AT BARLETTA, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED AS INSTRUMENT NO. 2006421722, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the street address of: 19910 BARLETTA LANE, #1521, ESTERO, FL 33928
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon Katzman Garfinkel & Berger, Attorneys, for Plaintiff, whose address is 5297 West Copans Road, Margate, Florida 33063, 30 days after the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately there after; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
