NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure sale filed October 10; 2011, and and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-070548, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-5 MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-5 is Plaintiff and GRETHEL V. CHAMBERS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GRETHEL V. CHAMBERS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 9 day of November, 2011, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions of 9:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 39, UNIT 5, SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
