NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 7, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-009573 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and PEGGIE M. ALEXANDER, A/K/A PEGGY ALEXANDER; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PEGGY M. ALEXANDER A/K/A PEGGY ALEXANDER, IF M; and JOHN DOE; and JANE DOE A/K/A RAZZERLYNN WRIGHT, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 a.m. on the 7 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
The North 73.75 feet of Lots 9 And 1O, Block 1, Youman's Bros. Eastland Heights Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 3, page 10, of the Public Records Of Lee County, Florida.
