NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 11 day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-051410, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and DENNIS A. AGRUSTI; COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; TAMARA A. AGRUSTI; JEFFREY BRAMWELL; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at the, www.Lee.realforeclose.com, 9:00 AM on the 10 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID SECTION 30 A DISTANCE OF 185.03 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89, 00' 20” E. A DISTANCE OF 1194.94 FEET TO A POINT ON THE CENTERLINE OF A ROADWAY (60.00 FEET WIDE); THENCE N. 6, 15” W. ALONG SAID CENTERLINE A DISTANCE OF 186.49 FEET; THENCE N. 89, 00' 20” W. A DISTANCE OF 1167.86 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
PARECL IS SUBJECT TO A ROADWAY EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS THE EASTERLY 30.00 FEET.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
