NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 11 day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-059979, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-5 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5 is the Plaintiff and JOHN MCGINN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN MCGINN; CITY OF CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN PERSONS; IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, 9:00 AM on the 10 day of November 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, THE WOODLANDS OF CAPE CORAL BLOCK A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 6, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
