NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 25, 2010 in Civil Case No. 36-2099-CA-070883, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, Deutsche bank national trust company, as trustee for ffmlt 2006-ff13 is the Plaintiff, and, german solis; larisa solis; and unknown tenant(s) in possession are the Defendants.
The clerk of court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com on November 14, 2011 at 9:00 am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
Lot(s) 3, block 33, unit 7, section 22, township 44 south, range 27 east, lehigh acres according to the plat thereof, recorded in plat book 15, page(s) 48, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
