NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 12, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-007894, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein us bank national association, as trustee for credit suisse forst boston csfb 2006-4 is the Plaintiff over jopnathan steven daitch a/k/a jonathan daitch, barbara sue daitch a/k/a barbara daitch, preferred cape properties, llc, state of florida, mortgage electronic registration systems, inc., and joe doe n/k/a william robinson and jane doe n/k/a randi robinson are the Defendants.
I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 14 day of November, 2011 at 9:00 am, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 44 and ,45, Block 77, of CAPE CORAL UNIT 6 PART 3, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 70 through 79, inclusive of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY the owner OF RECORD as of the date of the Lis Pendens MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
