NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 21, 2009 in Civil Case No. 08-CA-002154, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, u.s. bank national association, as trustee is the Plaintiff, and, over robert kowtko; susan koWtko; household finance corporation iii; and unknown tenant(s) in possession are the Defendants.
The clerk of court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on November 14, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7, block 10, unit 2, greenbriar, section 3, township 44 south, range 27 east, lehigh acres, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 27, page 1, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
