NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 20, 2009 in Civil Case No. 36-2008-CA-006908, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, SAXON MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC. is the Plaintiff, and, MARK EUGENE THOMAS A/K/A MARK THOMAS; unknown spouse of MARK EUGENE THOMAS A/K/A MARK THOMAS; mortgage electronic registration systems, inc. ; john doe and jane doe as unknown tenant(s) in possession are the Defendants.
The clerk of court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on November 14, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
Lots 9 and 10, Block 210, San Carlos Park, Unit 11, According to the Plat Thereof, Recorded in Official Record Book 50, Pages 380 Through 383, Inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
