NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed October 13, 2011, and entered in Case No. 07-CA-9928 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company As Trustee For Morgan Stanley Abs Capital I Inc. Trust 2006-he7 Mortgage Pass-though Certificates, series 2006-he7, is the Plaintiff and Manuela E. Hernanez, Jesus P. Mederos, Jane Doe N/K/A Geraldine Harris, John Doe N/K/A Neil Spriggs, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 14 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
