BARAHONA; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 14 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOTS 40, 41 AND 42, BLOCK 3537, CAPE CORAL, UNIT NO. 47, PART 2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE(S) 112-127, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
