NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 13 day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-069565, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the bank of new york mellon fka the bank of new york as trustee for the benefit of alternative loan trust 2007-oa2 mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2007-oa2 is the Plaintiff and joyce williams a/k/a joyce a. williams; fisherman's cove of lee county condominium association, inc.; Unknown spouse of joyce williams a/k/a joyce a. williams; unknown tenant (S) in possession of the subject property are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 14 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
unit no. 202, building l, fisherman's cove condominium, phase one, a phase condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in official records instrument no. 2006000239016, of the public records of lee county, florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements declared in said declaration of condominium to be an appurtenance to the above described unit;
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
