Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 22nd day of May, 2009, and entered in Case No. 07-CA-010036, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Lee County's Public Auction website, http://www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 14th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 50 AND 51, BLOCK 2609, UNIT 38, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 87 THROUGH 99, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
