NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 30, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-52145 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein UPS CAPITAL BUSINESS CREDIT, a Connecticut Chartered Bank, is Plaintiff and ISRAEL GOMEZ a/k/a ISRAEL A. GOMEZ, individually; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ISRAEL GOMEZ a/k/a ISRAEL A. GOMEZ; and JOHN DOE or ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY IN POSSESSION n/k/a ROSE ANDREW, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 30day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Judgment, to wit:
Lot 17, Block 2, Unit 1, Section 22, Township 45 South, Range 27 East, Lehigh Acres, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 18, Pages 70 through 86, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
