NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated August 18, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-054108 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 10 day of November, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK A, BAYSHORE PINES SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRUIT COURT IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 73, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
