NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 10, 2010, and entered in 36-2009-Ca-065684 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein bac home loans servicing, l.p. f/k/a countrywide home loans servicing, l.p., is the Plaintiff and raul damian, yolanda obispo melgar a/k/a yolanda obispo melgar; joseph faerber, attorney for city of bonita springs florida, john doe I n/k/a jose victor aldana, unknown tenants are the Defendant(s). Charlie Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00am on November 4,2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 200 and 201, imperial gates, according to the plat thereof recorded in official records book 59, page 250 and 251, public records of lee county, florida, less and excepting the easterly 25 feet for ROAD right of way.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
