NOTICE IS HEEBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale Filed October 13, 2011 and entered in Case No 08-CA-019272, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC., is Plaintiff and LOURDES L. DOMINGUEZ; CATALINA AT WINKLER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. I wil sell to the highest annd best bidder for cash, on this 14 day of November, 2011, Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statues the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 163, CATALINA AT WINKLER, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 83, PAGE 34 THROUH 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens but file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
