Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause in the County Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Apartment Number 9-A of Myerlee Square Condominium, a condominium according to the Condominium Declaration as recorded in Official Record Book 1320, Page 397, and as subsequently amended all in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements and all apurtenances thereunto appertaining and specified in said Condominium Declaration. At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on November 14, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
