NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed 13 day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-ca-052342, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and ALAN P. SABOURIN and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, www.Lee.realforeclose.com, 9:00 AM on the 14 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 39, UNIT 10, SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 259, PAGE 121, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
