NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed 13 day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-051209, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY SIMONI; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER; RAYMOND J. HORTON; GERTRUDE A. HORTON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFREY SIMONI; and Unknown tenant (S); are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 14 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

From said Point of Beginning run S 62Ëš 29' 09” E along the northerly side and a prolongation thereof a bay window of an existing two-story concrete block structure for 62.00 feet; thence run S 27Ëš 30' 51” W along a line parallel with and 0.60 feet east of the easterlymost wall of said structure for 34.67 feet; thence run N 62Ëš 29' 09” W along a line parallel with and 0.90 feet south of the southerlymost wall of said structure for 62.00 feet; thence run N 27Ëš 30' 51” E along a line parallel with and 6.33 feet west of the westerlymost wall of said structure for 34.67 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Containing 2,149 square feet more or less. Bearings hereinabove mentioned are based on said plat of The Colony.
