NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed October 14, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 09-CA-065960 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and SUSAN WARNER HAYES; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUSAN WARNER HAYES N/K/A KEVIN BARLOW; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 16 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 5732, UNIT 87, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 67 THROUGH 87, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
