PEREZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 16 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
