NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 14 day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-ca-50812, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY ANNAZONE A/K/A ANTHONY M. ANNAZONE; CORAL LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TERRA ANNAZONE; MELISSA GLICK; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 16 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 59, BLOCK 7055, CORAL LAKES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGES 12 TO 28, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
