NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date filed the 6 day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-52305, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and JEFF KUECHMANN; VANIA C. CARPIO; THE SANCTUARY AT IMPERIAL RIVER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 7 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Unit 7-102, THE SANCTUARY AT IMPERIAL RIVER, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 4267, Pages 2095 through 2165, the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all Amendments thereto, together with an undivided share in the common elements.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
