Notice is given pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure filed October 17, 2011, in Case No. 11-CA-051258, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which PREFERRED COMMUNITY BANK is the Plainitff and M.D. DEVELOPERS, INC., a Florida corporation; MOSHE KUCHER; DANIEL KOFFLER; ETI LEVY; CENTRAL FIRE SPRINKLERS CORP, a Florida corporation; and M & D METRO OFFICE CENTER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a dissolved Florida corporation, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning 9:00 A.M. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on November 16, 2011, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment in Foreclosure:
Units 203, 204, 205, and 206, M & D Metro Office Center, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded as Official Records Instrument Number 2008000107557 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided share of the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens filed herein, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
