NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting the Foreclosure Sale filed August 5, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-057160 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Lehigh Acres, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16th day of December, 2011 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 72, Olympia Pointe, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 82, Page 84, as recorded in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim wtihin 60 days after the sale.
