NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 14, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 07-CA-007219 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc. Plaintiff and Walter G. Elsey, IV are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on November 14, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 9 AND 10, IN BLOCK 216, OF SAN CARLSO PARK, UNIT 15, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS 50, AT PAGE 509, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
