Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 4, 2011, entered in Civil Case Number 2008-CA-016182, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff, and Pedro Manaois, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, St. Pete Division. will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 6-0612, OF ITOPIA PRIVATE RESIDENCES CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 135, PAGE(S) 60, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 14086, PAGE 400 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
