NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated October 4, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-000269-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWABS, Inc., Asset- Backed Certificates, Series 2006-22, Plaintiff and Betty Louise Hess a/k/a Betty H. Picaroni a/k/a Betty L. Hess and Stephanie L. Hess are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on November 18, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 4, OF HOELDTKE GROVE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
