Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 5, 2011, entered in Civil Case Number 2005-841-CI-7, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-R4 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF MAY 1, 2004, WITHOUT RECOURSE is the Plaintiff, and SANDER RENEE MYLES, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, St. Pete Division. will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 19, Block 91, LAKEWOOD ESTATES SECTION “C”, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 28, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 22nd day of November, 2011.
