Notice is given that pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 7, 2011 entered in Case No. 10-016434-CI-21 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, in which REGIONS BANK is the Plaintiff and PAMELA G. ELLIOTT, individually and as trustee of THE BRANDT LARGO TRUST II, MICHAEL A. ELLIOTT, and KENNETH R. GUYATT, individually and as trustee of THE KENNETH R. GUYATT FAMILY TRUST AGREEMENT, U/A/D OCTOBER 25, 1995 are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 9th day of January, 2012 at 10:00 a.m., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described property set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 5, BLOCK 3, AND LOT 6, BLOCK 4, WHITEHURST'S EXTENSION TO THE TOWN OF LARGO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 33, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS.
