NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs dated September 28, 2011, entered in Case No. 10-12275-CI-20 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Kathleen Jo Davis and Unknown Spouse of Kathleen Jo Davis, are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 A.M., on November 14, 2011, the following described property, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to-wit:
LOT 78 CHESTERFIELD HEIGHTS ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 42-45 PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
