NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 15, 2010, and entered in Case No. 09-02537-CI-7, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein BANKATLANTIC, Plaintiff, and GARRETT K. REINCKE, ET AL, are Defendants, KEN BURKE, PINELLAS County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bider for cash at the online foreclosure auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
