NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit No. 404, of COVE CAY CONDOMINIUM TWENTY-SIX FIFTEEN, VILLAGE 1, a Condominium, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 12, Pages(s) 30 through 33, inclusive, all in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 3908, Pages 862 through 954, inclusive; amended in O.R. Book 5775, Page 1039 and O.R. Book 5933, page 470, and all amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address:2615 Cove Cay Drive, #404, Clearwater, Florida, 33760.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 18, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
