MARCELLO, A/K/A FRANK MARCELLO; CYNTHIA E. MARCELLO; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; FOUR FARRELL PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on November 15, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUN PARCEL: UNIT NO. 301 FARRELL PARK CONDOMINIUM IV, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 88, PAGES 83, 84 AND 85; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6129, PAGE 1589, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCE THERETO.
