NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 18, 2010 in the above action, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pinellas, Florida, on November 28, 2011, at 10:00am, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
LOT 25, LESS THE WEST 5 FEET AND LOT 26, BLOCK 5, AVALON SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 39, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
