NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 5, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-005383-CO-041 of the Circuit Court, of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Madeira Beach Yacht Club Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM W. MOFFITT, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS OR PARTIES HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE, OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 301 MEDALLION BLVD., #F, IN MADEIRA BEACH YACHT CLUB; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM W. MOFFIT; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANTS 2 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: at http://pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of December, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. F Building 301 of MADEIRA BEACH YACHT CLUB, an adult Condominium, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 51, Pages 26 to 72 inclusive, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5203 at Page 83 to 191 inclusive, as Clerk's Instrument No. 81091211, as amended by an instrument recorded in Official Records Book 5298, Page 1290, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida as further amended by an instrument recorded in Official Records Book 5326, Page 1037, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. The street address of which is: 301 Medallion Blvd., #F, Madeira Beach, FL 33708
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
