NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 21, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-1026-CO, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Woods at Anderson Park Homeowners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Margaret A. Lipinski, Unknown Tenant n/k/a Timothy Lawrence and American Bankers Insurance Company of Florida are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on November 18, 2011, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 132, The Woods at Anderson Park -IMOT 10A, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 94, Page 45, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
