Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated October 12, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 11-4359-CO-41, in the COUNTY COURT Court for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein COUNTRY LAKES I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and NICKOLAS KARAFOTIAS, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. 203, Almond Building Phase 3, of COUNTRY LAKES I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 5604, Page 1270, and amendments thereto, according to Condominium Plat Book 70, Page 123, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, in accordance with and subject to all of the provisions of the said Declaration of Condominium of COUNTRY LAKES I.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of December, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
