NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 19, 2010 in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-005135, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff, and, JULIAN LONDONO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JULIAN LONDONO IF ANY; ARBOR HEIGHTS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION; JOHN DOE N/K/A ALLEN WILLIAMS; JANE DOE N/K/A JESSICA TROXEL; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on November 30, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 602 OF ARBOR HEIGHTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14909, AT PAGE 1389, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
