NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 13th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-005788 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee for American Home Mortgage Investment Trust 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and Land Trust Service Corporation, as Trustee of Trust No. 620, dated February 14, 2007, Bank of America, National Association, as successor in interest to National City Bank, Denise N. Reaves, The Moorings I Homeowners Association, Inc. , The Unknown Beneficiaries of Trust No. 620, dated February 14, 2007, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 16th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 3, MOORINGS TOWNHOMES IA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 130, PAGE 8-10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
