GUESS; REGATTA BEACH CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on November 18, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT S-1007, REGATTA BEACH CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 131, PAGE 1, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13243, PAGE 420, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 13678, PAGE 838, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO
